Surprise Hamilton tickets

We finally went to see Hamilton.

It was a surprise for Tom on his birthday and followed an afternoon visiting Kensington Palace. From a royal engagement to a date with the US Founding Fathers.

And yes, it is most certainly as good as people say it is. Tom certainly enjoyed it: the soundtrack has been on repeat ever since.

We both are particular fans of US history, which I think helps with such a historical play like this. It is so very clever how they tell the story of America then, in a way that Americans speak now.
